Daily Rates in South Africa
Minimum of 7 days to be booked
1 x Hunter (1 x PH) – $290 /day
2 x Hunters (1 x PH) – $280/day per hunter
Night Hunting Fee $220 x Hunter
Non Hunter / Observer – $190/day
Dangerous 7 – $490 /day
Daily Rates include:
• Accommodation
• Daily Laundry
• Meals
• Soft Drinks
• Alcoholic beverages (limited)
• Skinning and field prep of trophies
• Pick up and return to airport
Daily Rates exclude:
• Taxidermist cost, packing and shipping of trophies to hunters’ destination
• Airfares to and from South Africa
• Hire of Firearms and ammunition
• Any gratitude to the staff

Packing list:
You can pack light as a daily laundry service is provided.
We suggest you pack the following:
• Light weight hiking boots
• Trousers – some hunters prefer shorts (Dark khaki brown or green coloured)
• Long sleeved shirts – some hunters prefer short sleeved shirts (Dark khaki brown or green coloured)
• Warm jacket
• Sleeveless hunting jacket
• Socks
• Pair of gators
• Cap or hat
• Underwear
• Personal belongings (Toiletries)
• Personal medicine kit
• Binoculars
• Rifle and ammo
• Hard rifle case
Insurance and medical:
Motlopi Game Ranch will take precaution to ensure your safety and health, but we do not except any liability against injuries, illness, accidents, death, etc.
Please contact your medical care provider and arrange for the necessary coverage while you are on your hunting trip. We do have private hospitals in our local town, +- 30km from the lodge.
Also arrange insurance for your trophies from South Africa to your destination.
